1. Service description

AGInvest provides a subscription-based digital platform for fundamental equity research on public companies. Our AI-assisted engine synthesizes information from SEC filings, earnings materials, governance documents, and financial data to produce structured research views—including business quality, management quality, and financial health profiles.

The Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. AGInvest is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or financial institution, and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to use the Service. By using AGInvest, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Service is offered worldwide where permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AGInvest complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including securities, export-control, and data-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Use the Service for personal research purposes unless we grant written permission otherwise.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or resell reports or data without authorization.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its usage limits.
• Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

4. Digital service — no physical goods

AGInvest sells digital subscription access only. We do not manufacture, ship, or sell physical products. Return, exchange, and shipping policies for tangible goods do not apply. See our Subscription & billing policy for billing, refund, and cancellation terms.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. Pricing is published on our Pricing page. Promotional offers, including the free Trial, are governed by our Promotion terms.

6. Legal restrictions & disclaimers

Not investment advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting on research outputs.

Third-party & AI-generated content. Reports may incorporate third-party data and AI-assisted analysis that has not been independently verified, may be incomplete, and may not reflect the most current information. Data is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

Availability. We may restrict access in jurisdictions where providing the Service would be unlawful or impractical. You may not use the Service where prohibited by applicable law, including export or sanctions restrictions.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and report formats, is owned by AGInvest LLC and its licensors. Third-party data remains subject to provider terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use during an active subscription or Trial.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGInvest and its affiliates are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made based on Service outputs. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update features, plans, or these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
