Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and profile identifier provided through Google sign-in (OAuth), an email sign-in link, or an anonymous Trial session created when you open the research workspace (no name or email until you subscribe).
• Subscription & billing data — plan tier, billing status, Stripe customer ID, and transaction metadata. Payment card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored on AGInvest servers.
• Usage data — research queries, feature usage, and usage counters needed to enforce plan limits (for example, the 7-day Trial clock, daily company cap, and Trial Agent credits).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and logs used for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
• Communications — messages you send to customer support.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate users and provide access to the Service.
• Process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
• Enforce plan entitlements and prevent abuse.
• Improve product performance, reliability, and security.
• Measure advertising performance, including Meta (Facebook / Instagram) conversion events when a Pixel ID is configured.
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Payment processing (Stripe)

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. When you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes payment information according to Stripe's Privacy Policy. AGInvest receives limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and customer identifiers) needed to grant and maintain access.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

If you arrive from a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure whether the visit led to a report preview or a trial sign-in. The Pixel may collect device and browser information, pages viewed, and conversion events (for example, viewing a company summary or starting a trial). Meta may combine this with information from your Meta account according to Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control ad measurement in your Meta account settings and through browser controls.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers (for example, hosting, authentication, payment, and AI API providers) who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Usage logs may be retained for security and analytics for a limited period consistent with operational needs.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To make a request, email info@aginvest.io from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You can cancel marketing emails (if any) using unsubscribe links. Transactional emails related to your account or billing may still be sent.

International users

AGInvest is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
